2 inch knob of ginger

1/8 tsp salt (stirred through at the end)

Process all ingredients through your Omega Juicer except the salt. Stir that through at the end.

parasites. For the most potent parasite cleanse, drink 1/2 cup of
straight persimmon juice on an empty stomach morning and night until all

Raw Vegan Alkaline “Green Milk”

To make the green juice:

2 large cucumbers

2 large ribs celery
-
2 – 3 large handfuls spinach

Process all ingredients through your Omega Juicer.

Strain this juice for cleansing purposes and texture. Set aside.

Makes 2 1/2 cups of strained juice.

Blend ingredients in your Vitamix on high for about 1 minute until well combined.

Strain with a nut milk bag or sheer knee high panty hose.

Makes 2 1/2 cups strained almond milk.

To make "Green Milk":

Mix equal parts green juice and almond milk and consume as desired.

Note: This mixture will last in the fridge for 2 days. But I always make it fresh every day.
