1 bag frozen blueberry or cherry

1 Bunch of Kale or dandelion greens (dandelion is bitter)
1 Bunch or Bag of spinach
1 avocado
1 Small Bunch of Fresh Mint
1 Small Bunch of Fresh Basil
Others: hemp or chia seeds
Optional Add ons: Almond or Coconut Milk, Coconut Water, Spirulina, Hemp Protein

1 Bag of Dried Coconut (less than 1 cup is needed if buying in bulk)

Day 26 - Thai LemonGrass Detox Smoothie:

1 tsp. Chopped Lemongrass (freeze the rest)
