Day 1 - 5 Young and Raw Smoothie Shopping List:
1 Large Head of Celery
3 Field Cucumbers
1 Large Pineapple (or 3 bags of frozen pineapple)
2 bags of frozen blueberries or mixed berries
2 bunches of Bananas
1 bag of bunch of Spinach
1 large piece of ginger root
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
1 head of kale (any type)
2 Large Lemons

Others: Chia or Hemp Seeds (or both)
Recommended Brand: Nutiva.com

Add ons: Coconut Water or Almond Milk. (No dairy or Soy)
Recommended Brand: Homemade is best, or choose an organic store bought nut or seed milk.

Day 1 - Pineapple Healing Cleanse
1 Rib of Celery
¼ Field Cucumber (no plastic wrapping)
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Pineapple
½ Lemon, Peeled
1 small handful of parsley
½ inch piece of ginger (or less if you’re new to ginger)
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water
 Day 2 - Berry Banana Cleanse
1 rib of celery
1 Frozen Banana (or fresh)
1/4 Cup frozen berries (blueberries are nice)
1 cup of kale (any type)
1-2 cups of coconut water, water or almond milk (or coconut milk)
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds *Optional

Day 3 - Vitamin E Skin Booster

¼ Small Field Cucumber (or about ½ cup sliced cucumber)
1 frozen banana (or fresh)
½ Cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries 1 inch piece of ginger (or to taste)
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds*optional
1 Cup of Spinach (or alternative greens)
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water (not milk)

Day 4 - Pineapple Cilantro Detox

1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple (no cans)
1 Large Handful of Cilantro (fresh also known as coriander)
½ Rib of Celery
1 inch piece of ginger (or size to your liking)
1 - 2 cups of Coconut Water or Water (start with less)

Day 5 - Blue Nutrition Booster

1 Frozen Banana
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Leaves of Kale (Or about 1 handful of Spinach)
1 inch piece of ginger (or to taste)
1 tbsp of Hemp or Chia Seeds
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water, Water or Almond Milk (start with less water if you want it thick)
 Day 6 - 10 Young and Raw Smoothie Shopping List:

3 Green or Gala Apples
2 Anjou Pear
1 Bunch Grapes
1 Bunch Banana (You should have some left over, peeled and frozen)
1 Bunch Spinach
1 Head Celery
1 Cucumber
1 Knuckle Ginger
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Large Bunch Basil
3 Limes

Day 6 - Apple Basil Vitamin Booster

1 Frozen Banana
1 Apple
1 Lime, Peeled
1 Handful of Fresh Basil Leaves
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water

Day 7 - Green Apple Ginger Smoothie

1 Apple
¼ Field Cucumber (or about ½ cup of cucumber)
1 Cup of Spinach
1 handful of Parsley
1 inch piece of Ginger (or to taste)
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water (use less to start if you like it thick)
Day 8- Cilantro Pear Detox

1 Frozen Banana
½ Anjou Pear
1 Small handful of Cilantro (Or more if you love it)
½ Rib of Celery
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water
1 tsp. Chia or Hemp seeds *optional

Day 9 - Basil Grape Inflammation Buster 
1 Rib of Celery
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Grapes (green or red)
1 Handful of Fresh Basil Leaves (or mint or parsley)
½ Cup of Water

Day 10 - Green Energy Booster

1 Pear
½ Cup Blueberries *optional
1 Cup of Spinach (Or other greens)
1 inch piece of Ginger
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Cup Coconut Water or Water

1 Container or Bag broccoli sprouts
1 Bag or Container strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 oranges
1 bag frozen blueberry or cherry

1 Bunch of Kale or dandelion greens (dandelion is bitter)
1 Bunch or Bag of spinach
1 avocado
1 Small Bunch of Fresh Mint
1 Small Bunch of Fresh Basil

Day 11 - Sprouty Mint Green Smoothie

1 Cup Almond Milk, Coconut Water or Water

1 Bag of Dried Coconut (less than 1 cup is needed if buying in bulk)
1 Head of Red Leaf Lettuce

Day 16 - Tropical Detox Smoothie

1 Cup of Water (no milk)

 
Day 17 - Ginger Lime-Aid

1 Rib of Celery
1 Frozen Banana

1 Lime

1 Handful of Parsley

1 Cup Coconut Water or Water

 
 Day 18 - Coconut Kale Smoothie
 
1 Frozen Ripe Banana
1 Lime, Peeled

1-2 tbsp. Coconut Shreds

1 inch piece of ginger

2 Handfuls of Kale

1 Cup of Coconut Water or Almond Milk (or water)

Day 19 - Peachy Green Smoothie

2 Peaches (or alternative fruit)
2 Big Handfuls of Red Leaf Lettuce (or your choice of greens)
1 Lime, Peeled
1 tbsp. Coconut
1 Cup of Coconut Water or Water

Day 20-25 Young and Raw Smoothie Shopping List
2 Apples
4 Medjool Dates or 1 small container of Medjool Dates (can substitute for other type of date or use fig)

Cinnamon,

1 Large Bunch of Kale (or sub for spinach or red leaf lettuce)

3 Bananas

1 Avocado

2 Cups of Blueberry (frozen)

2 Kiwi

2 Lemons (or 1 large)

2 Limes

1 Cucumber

1 Navel Orange

2 Ribs of Celery

Day 20 - Sweet Leafy Green Smoothie
 
2 Frozen Ripe Banana (2 if you're hungry or want it sweeter)
2 Handfuls of Red Leaf Lettuce or other greens
1 tbsp. Shredded Coconut 
1 Cup of Water or Almond Milk
1 Lime, Peeled or Juices*optional
1 inch piece of ginger* optional

Day 21 - Cinnamon Blueberry Pie Smoothie
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1 Apple, Cored

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1-2 tbsp. Avocado *optional (will make it creamier)

1-2 Handfuls of Kale or Other Greens

1 Cup Almond Milk or Water

 

Bonus Option: You can also add plant-based protein powder, chia seeds or hemp seeds


Day 22 -  Kiwi Detox Smoothie
 
2 Kiwis, Peeled or Skin left on
2 Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 Cup of Cucumber

2 Handfuls of Kale

1 Cup of Water

Day 23 - Tropical OJ Green Smoothie

1 Orange
1 Frozen Banana

1 Rib of Celery

1 Handful of Kale or Red Leaf Lettuce

1 tsp. Spirulina *optional

1 tbsp Chia or Hemp seeds *optional

1 Cup Water or Coconut Water

Day 24 - The Apple Cinnamon Kale Smoothie:

1 Medjool Date, Pitted
2 Handfuls of Kale, Lettuce or Spinach

Day 25-30 Young and Raw Smoothie Shopping List

1 Bunch of Spinach or Kale or other green of choice
1 Small Package of Lemon Grass or a small handful
1 Knuckle of Ginger (one small sized whole root)
¼  Cup of Shredded Dried Coconut about 2-3 tbsp. (*optional)

Day 25 - Kale Citrus Detox Smoothie

1 Frozen Banana
1 Small or Half of a Lemon (peeled)
1 Lime (peeled)
1 Medjool Date
1 Handful of Kale
1 Cup of Almond Milk or Water

Day 26 - Thai LemonGrass Detox Smoothie: 
 
1 Frozen Banana
1 Inch Piece of Ginger
1 tsp. Chopped Lemongrass (freeze the rest)
2 tbsp. Coconut
1 tsp. Spirulina Powder*optional
½ Cup Frozen Mango or Pineapple Add on if you have any left over

Day 27 - Pear Bok Choy Detox Smoothie 

1 Leaf of Bok Choy
1 Anjou Pear
½ Frozen Banana (or whole if you need more sweetness)
1 inch piece of Ginger
1 handful of Parsley
1 cup coconut water or water

Day 28 - The Green Detox Support Smoothie

1 Pear
1 handful of Broccoli Sprouts
1 handful of Parsley
½ Rib of Celery* optional if you have some left over
½ Banana* optional sweetness

Day 29 - Bokchoy Thai Green Smoothie

1 Leaf of Bok choy or 2 handfuls of Kale (Or other greens)

1 tbsp. Dried Coconut
1 tbsp. Chia or Hemp Seeds

Day 30 - "Purify Me" Green Smoothie:

1 handful of Sprouts
2 handfuls of Leafy Greens (kale or bok choy)
1 handful of Parsley
1 tbsp. Hemp or Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Spirulina
1 inch piece of ginger
