It is December 31, 2011... the very last day of the year.  We have all spent the last few days, maybe even weeks thinking about all of the things that we did not accomplish in 2011.  That's normal.  Stop beating yourself up over it.  You can do absolutely NOTHING about it.

Instead, let's talk about 2012!

Tomorrow is the first day of 2012.  We haven't made any mistakes in 2012 yet.  What do you want to do in 2012?  Reply down below and share!  I want to get healthy and I want others around me to get healthy too.

We all know the routine... eat better, exercise more.  It is really a simple equation, so WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

You are.

Or actually, you USED to be.  It's your turn.  Make a list and stick to it.  I am guessing that the reason you are here reading this post right now is because you want to be healthier.  What does healthy mean to you?  Here is your first challenge:

1.  Go to Get Healthy in 2012 .
2.  "Like" the Page, if you haven't already.
3.  Post what Healthy means to you.

Healthy can mean so many things... lose weight, gain weight, eat better, exercise more.

I'm all for big goals, but let's get realistic.  How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time.  So, this is what we are going to do, start with January 2012.  We are not going to worry about the other eleven months for 2012, we are just going to worry about the thirty one days in January.

See you next year !
