- Try a teaspoon of Swedish Bitters every night
- drink dandelion tea twice a day
- take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before meals
- HCL (hydrochloric acid) tablets can help adjust stomach fluids
- Cut down on dairy products
- acidopholis tablets or powder for 6 months
- drink pau d'arco tea
- Bryonia may help if your mouth is dry and you are thirsty
- Add vitamin B complex (50mg) a day
- take a digestive enzyme supplement with meals
- take echinacea tincture (20 drops daily for two weeks)
- drink slippery elm or peppermint teas to help calm the stomach
- nettle tea will help fortify the body with B vitamins
- drink 2 tablespoons of aloe vera juice before meals.
