1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. While you walk, smile. It is the ultimate antidepressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to!
3. Buy or lease a DVR (digital video recorder), record your late night shows and get more sleep!
4. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement: "My purpose is to _______________ today."
6. Watch more movies, play more games and read more books than you did last year.
7. Always pray / meditate and make time to exercise...
This is a given, right? Isn't being healthy a happy combination of healing your mind, your body and your spirit? Number 2 of the 40 tips touches on sitting in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. I have trouble with silence, but have found a new love for guided meditations. I am addicted! :)
Talking about praying is a wide open subject, interaction is at your discrection, I think we all believe in a higher power, so engage in whoever / whatever that may be.
Exercise. YES. That kind of hits with number 1 up above. I guess this is a reminder to remember yourself, do this for YOU.
